Fabric Wash Dry Iron
Cotton - Cold wash
- Mild detergent
- Separate darks & lights
- No bleach 		- Hang dry in shade
- Avoid tumble drying 		- Medium heat
- Iron while slightly damp
Linen - Cold wash
- Hand wash or gentle cycle
- Mild detergent 		- Hang dry
- Do not wring 		- High heat with steam
- Iron inside out
Silk - Dry clean recommended - Lay flat to dry
- Avoid direct sunlight 		- Low heat
- Iron inside out with a cloth
Silk Blends - Dry clean preferred
- Silk-safe detergent 		- Lay flat to dry
- Avoid direct sunlight 		- Low heat
- Iron inside out with cloth
Mul Cotton - Gentle hand wash
- Cold water
- Mild detergent 		- Flat dry in shade
- Avoid direct sun 		- Medium heat
- Iron while slightly damp
Rayon / Viscose - Cold wash
- Gentle cycle of Washing machine
- No bleach 		- Hang/flat dry
- Do not twist or wring 		- Low to medium heat
- Use steam if needed
Blends / Mix - Read label
- Mild detergent
- Cold/lukewarm water 		- Air dry
- Avoid machine drying 		- Low to medium heat
- Iron inside out
Wool - Dry clean preferred
- If needed, cold hand wash
- Wool-safe detergent 		- Lay flat to dry
- Avoid wringing 		- Steam only
- Do not iron directly
Denim - Cold wash inside out
- Mild detergent
- Wash separately 		- Hang dry
- Avoid direct sunlight 		- Medium to high heat
- Iron inside out
Polyester - Machine wash cold
- Mild detergent 		- Tumble dry low or air dry - Low heat
- Use pressing cloth if needed
Modal - Cold wash
