We are proudly made in India, based out of Bangalore — crafting emotion-led fashion for the modern, mindful woman.

ORDERS

I ordered the wrong size or product. Can I change it before processing?

Yes! If you’ve placed an order with the wrong size or item, please email us at sodo@nideli.in within 24 hours. We’ll try our best to accommodate your request before the product moves into production.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, we accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing your order. Please email us at sodo@nideli.in to initiate the process.

What if I receive a damaged/wrong product?

We’re really sorry for the inconvenience! Kindly share clear photos of the product and packaging within 24 hours of delivery, along with your order ID. Once received, we’ll promptly review the issue and arrange for a replacement garment to be dispatched at the earliest.

What if a product is missing from my order?

Please check your packaging and invoice carefully. If something is missing, email us at sodo@nideli.in within 48 hours, and we’ll take care of it.

I had added a product to my cart, but it’s not showing anymore. What happened?

That item may have sold out while you were browsing. Products are not reserved in your cart until the checkout is complete.

How can I place a bulk order?

How do I know what size to order?

Our Size Guide is available on each product page. If you're still unsure, drop us a message — we’d be happy to help you find your perfect fit!

Are your products true to size?

Yes, our sizing is consistent with standard measurements.

Do your fabrics feel soft and breathable?

Absolutely! Our fabrics are carefully selected for breathability, comfort, and softness — we only make pieces we’d love to live in.

Can you tell me the length of the garment ? Suggest what will fit me ?

Every clothing item has a detailed size chart that should help you with your right size. We would request you to refer that once. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help!

I’m an expecting mother. What size should I go for?

Firstly, congratulations! 🤍 For maternity-friendly sizing, we recommend sizing up or choosing relaxed-fit styles. You can also drop us a message or email at sodo@nideli.in with your bust and waist measurements, and we’d be happy to help you find your most comfortable fit.

I fall in between sizes. Which size should I choose?

We suggest going for the larger size for a more relaxed fit. Most of our pieces are designed to have ease and comfort. You can always refer to the detailed size chart on each product page for guidance.

How do I find my perfect size?

Please refer to the size chart available on each product page. For personalized assistance, you can DM us on Instagram or email sodo@nideli.in with your measurements—we’d love to help you choose the right fit.

Do you leave margins in your garments?

Each garment is thoughtfully designed with an additional margin of approximately one inch to allow for minor size adjustments, if needed.

Colours

Will the product look exactly like the photo?

We try our best to show the real color in natural light. It may look a little different depending on your phone or screen settings, but any difference is usually very subtle.

Why does the color look different from what I saw online?

It could be due to your screen brightness or lighting at home. We don’t edit our photos heavily, so what you see is very close to what you’ll get.

Fabric & Care

What fabrics does SODO use?

We prioritise natural, breathable fabrics: linen, 100% cotton, SILK, flax etc—comfort-first, always.

How should I wash my SODO outfit?
  • Hand-wash in cold water with mild detergent
  • Dry in shade
  • Steam or iron inside-out on low heat
Will it shrink after washing?

Our fabrics are pre-shrunk, but a little shrinkage may happen. Always wash in cold water and avoid heat.

Gifting & Customisation

Can I send a SODO outfit as a gift?

Yes, absolutely! We’d be delighted to help you send a SODO outfit as a gift to your friends or loved ones. Just let us know it’s a gift while placing your order—we’ll wrap it beautifully, exclude price tags, and make sure it feels just as special as the person receiving it.

Do you offer custom sizing?

Not yet—but we’re working on it for future collections. Feel free to drop us your suggestions!

Payments & Promos

I have a discount code. How do I apply it?

At checkout, enter your discount code in the “Promo Code” field and click Apply. The discount will reflect before you complete the payment.

What do I do if my payment doesn’t go through?

First, double-check your card details and internet connection. If the issue persists, try a different payment method or contact us at +91 6366226827 for assistance.

Money was debited, but I haven’t received confirmation. What now?

Sometimes payment confirmation may be delayed. Please wait for 30 minutes and check your spam folder. If there’s still no update, email us with your payment screenshot—we’ll look into it immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

We accept exchanges for sizing issues within 5 days of delivery. Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. Refunds are issued only in rare cases of fulfillment errors.

What is your exchange policy?

We offer size exchanges or store credit (Wallet) notes. Refunds are not available.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Simply email or WhatsApp us with your order ID and reason for exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.
